Cancellations

 

  • I understand that emergencies do crop up and sometimes you won’t be able to make our appointment. Please show your consideration by contacting me at the earliest opportunity to inform me of any changes or cancellations.

 

  • When you arrange a date with me I do decline other work commitments and I may incur expenses so I keep a deposit policy and cancellation policy in order for me to protect my limited time and resources.

 

 

Cancellation policy

 

I reserve the right to implement the following cancellation policy as I see fit:

 

  • Appointments that are cancelled less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the appointment start time will incur a 50% charge.

 

  • If you cancel with less than twenty-four (24) hours notice the 50% cancellation fee will be deducted from your deposit and any remainder held for a rescheduled booking.

 

  • Cancellations made with more than twenty-four (24) hours notice may be subject to a nominal charge.

 

  • Those who fail to respect the above cancellation policy may be blacklisted.

 

 

Missed appointments

 

  • Appointments that are not cancelled (‘no shows’) will also be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

 

  • Should you wish to rebook after a ‘no show’ then 100% prepayment will be needed to secure any subsequent appointment. Your understanding and cooperation is greatly appreciated.

 

  • Those who fail to respect the above cancellation policy may be blacklisted.

 

 

Cancellations on my behalf

 

  • In the extremely rare event that I would need to cancel our appointment I would of course provide a 100% refund on any deposit paid along with a very sincere apology.

 

  • Should we agree to reschedule our meeting then I am able to hold onto the deposit and offer extra time on a rescheduled booking as a sign of my sincere contrition.

 

  • By way of apology I will offer free time on any subsequent appointment.
